La 13e Solution developed SophIA, an AI-powered virtual assistant that guides customers throughout their kitchen or bathroom project. SophIA follows a predefined path to guide users intuitively and continuously.
The system integrates a smart lock allowing customers to access AD+'s physical showroom at any hour of the day or night. Customers can touch and examine real samples while being guided by AI.
The process works in three stages: collecting customer data and preferences, scanning selected samples in the showroom, then automatically generating a realistic, personalized project visualization. The collected data qualifies prospects before they're even connected with the sales team.
